This is the phrase from that report that means most to me:
"national minimum standards for agriculture as well as a new enforcement regime."
We shall see if they get anywhere near this.

Yes. Best taken with a 'pinch of salt' for now methinks. Almost 3 years since Leslie Griffiths promised to introduce legislation to control Slurry storage and Spreading. Still waiting for that!!

Yes Daiben, I also have been waiting for decades for something concrete to happen but nothing ever does. Our enforcement agency is a toothless and impecunious travesty.
