Here we go again - noise from the farmers and the Tories. Soon also from the County Councils. www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-wales-politics-55907006I just hope that the Welsh Government has the courage to drive this through and reduce the polluting of our rivers by slurry spreading. The "Good Agricultural Practice Guidlines" that have been in existence for a while are not legally enforceable and thus are largely ignored.

Wag had a golden opportunity to do this but lesley Griffiths backtracked under orders from above! It seems wag is only green when it suits them and buckling to the farmers has been a thing that drakeford and Co is quite adept at 😢

Latest:- www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-wales-56255009So much opposition from the farming community and it's unions, yet given every opportunity to change over the last decade, none have attempted to come up with a workable solution and seem content to carry on regardless, ignoring government guidelines and spreading their toxic waste whenever rain is imminent.
